Hi, I’m Meghan.
I’m a mom, a deconditioning coach, a yoga instructor, and a body translator—but more importantly, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to lose herself in motherhood.
I became everything for everyone else… and slowly disconnected from myself.
I didn’t need fixing.
I didn’t need another routine, rule, or version of “do more.”
I needed space to unlearn, reconnect with my body, and remember who I was before burnout became normal.
