The method to my maddness
I work with a variety of tools and wisdom systems—not to label you, diagnose you, or tell you who to be—but to help you understand yourself more clearly.

These tools give language to patterns you may already feel in your body, your relationships, and your day-to-day life. They help us see where you’ve been conditioned to override yourself, where your energy naturally wants to flow, and what’s ready to soften, shift, or be released.

Nothing here is used in isolation. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing or rigid frameworks. I listen first—to your words, your body, and what’s present—and then use these tools as support, not authority.

This page exists so you can understand the foundations of my work and how each piece weaves together. You don’t need to know any of this before working with me. This is simply an invitation to step into the language I use to translate what’s already living inside you.

The Tools I Work With
Human Design
Human Design offers a map of how your energy is designed to move through the world—how you make decisions, how you respond to life, and where you’ve learned to override yourself in order to keep up, fit in, or be accepted.
I use Human Design to help you recognize what is not yours to carry and where you’ve been conditioned away from your natural rhythm. This isn’t about becoming your “type.” It’s about coming back into trust with how your body already knows how to lead.

Gene Keys
The Gene Keys speak to the deeper patterns we’re here to refine through lived experience. They show us where challenge, friction, and emotional charge are not obstacles—but initiations.
I use the Gene Keys to help you understand the themes that keep showing up in your life and how they’re shaping your growth. Rather than fixing or bypassing these patterns, we slow down and listen to what they’re teaching you—allowing wisdom to emerge through compassion and embodiment.

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the wisdom of balance and rhythm. It reminds us that healing isn’t about doing more—it’s about living in alignment with your natural constitution, cycles, and capacity.
I use Ayurveda to support your nervous system, energy levels, and daily life in practical, sustainable ways. This might look like small shifts in routine, rest, nourishment, or pace—especially for mothers whose bodies have been in constant output mode for years.

Somatic Healing
The body holds what the mind cannot process. Somatic healing creates space to listen to the signals, sensations, and patterns stored in the body—without forcing release or retraumatizing the system.
As a body translator, I help you understand what your body is communicating and offer practices that support safety, regulation, and reconnection. This work is gentle, grounded, and led by your body’s timing—not an external expectation.

Chakras
The chakra system offers a language for how energy moves through the physical, emotional, and relational layers of our lives.
I work with the chakras not as something to “fix,” but as a way to notice where energy may be overworking, under-supported, or holding old survival patterns. This helps bring awareness to how experiences have shaped your sense of safety, expression, worth, and connection—so those areas can be met with care rather than control.

How These Tools Work Together
No session is ever just one tool. I listen to your story, your body, and what’s alive in the moment. These systems simply give us a shared language to explore what’s ready to be deconditioned, integrated, or reclaimed—at a pace that honors your life, your capacity, and your nervous system.
