Somatic Healing
Service Description
Somatic Healing is an embodied, nervous-system–informed practice that supports healing through the wisdom of the body rather than the mind alone. This service is for anyone who feels disconnected from their body, experiencing physical tension, emotional holding, or symptoms that don’t seem to resolve through thinking, talking, or pushing through. As a yoga instructor and body translator, I work with the signals, sensations, and patterns your body is already communicating. The body is constantly speaking—through tension, pain, fatigue, shallow breath, restlessness, or numbness. In this space, we slow down enough to listen. During your session, we explore what your body is expressing in the present moment. I help translate these signals so you can understand what your body may be asking for, protecting, or processing. From there, I guide you through gentle, accessible somatic practices designed to support release, regulation, and reconnection. These may include mindful movement, breathwork, nervous system support, awareness practices, and subtle shifts that help the body feel safe enough to soften and heal. This is not about forcing release or “doing it right.” Healing happens when the body feels supported, respected, and met where it is. The practices offered are meant to be integrated into your daily life, helping you build a deeper relationship with your body and respond to it with trust instead of resistance. Somatic Healing supports you in coming back into your body, learning its language, and allowing healing to unfold naturally—one sensation, one breath, one moment at a time.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change, and it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment or service. To ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service time. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or service, you will forfeit your deposit. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or service without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service. In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service, we will do our best to provide you with as much notice as possible. We will offer to reschedule your appointment or service at no additional cost, or provide a full refund of any deposits or payments made. The cancellation policy applies to all clients and services, including but not limited to consultations, appointments, and events. By scheduling an appointment or service with us, you agree to our cancellation policy. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution. However, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
