Understanding Money Trauma

Most of us carry some form of money trauma.

It doesn’t always look the same. For some, it comes from growing up without enough. For others, from having what mattered most taken away. And for many, it shows up as a quiet belief that we are not worthy of receiving, having, or holding prosperity.

For me, it was the belief that I was unworthy.

What is money trauma?

Money trauma is not simply about money itself. It is the internalized belief that survival, safety, and worth are dependent on financial stability—and that losing money means losing security, belonging, or value.

And to be clear: this belief didn’t come from nowhere.

This space is dedicated to the inner work of prosperity—beyond money, productivity, or external success.

Here, prosperity is explored as a relationship: with safety, worth, receiving, capacity, and trust within the body and nervous system. Inside this group, I share tools, worksheets, journal prompts, and reflections that support unpacking conditioned beliefs around prosperity and creating new internal conditions that feel sustainable and true.

You’re welcome to move slowly, revisit practices, or simply receive perspective without doing anything at all. This is not about fixing yourself or striving for more, but about understanding what prosperity means for you on a somatic, emotional, and lived level.

Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t. There is no rush here.
